This website has been designed and commissioned by the membership of the Homeowner Council, to act as a resource and central information hub for Southwark leaseholders, and homeowners.

There are a number of different resources and organisations within Southwark, providing different services to leaseholders, tenants, and homeowners, and we hope to help connect you with these where appropriate.

This site is intended for all Southwark homeowners, and we would encourage you to register on the site so that we can keep you informed, and also allow you to actively get involved in homeowner discussions within the ‘Forum” area.

We are independent of Southwark council, but we are working with them on all matters that are homeowner related.

For any comments or suggestions on how we might develop this resource, please use the Contact form on this site.
